New >> The Pork One

Over the last few years, we've been constantly testing different recipes to diversify the Furgoneta menu. Naturally, we cook at home too, making all kinds of combinations for family and friends, and some of these are always requested by our loved ones. And since we started Furgoneta precisely for our loved ones and cook from the heart for hungry friends, we try to find ways to transform some of these recipes into permanent items on our menu. Obviously, it doesn't just depend on us, but also on the availability of ingredients, the season, the cooking time, and quality suppliers who can keep up with the orders.

Over the past year, however, we kept fondly coming back—especially by popular demand from our hungry crowd at home—to the idea of pulled pork. It's a party on your tongue, a perfect flavor of slow-cooked meat, smoked for 8 hours at a constant temperature. Basically, your mouth starts watering just while cooking it, and by the time it's ready, you're already completely devouring it. For this wonder of shredded meat, we found a very fresh pairing: a pinky coleslaw salad, which includes pomegranate. It practically turns into a rainbow on your palate. You just can't turn something like this down; it is absolutely g-e-n-i-u-s levels of delicious!
