1. Campaign Organizer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The campaign is organized by *TRIBECA STUDIOS SRL, a Romanian company operating the brand Furgoneta Street Chefs, with its registered office in Bucharest Municipality, Sector 2, Grigore Moisil St., No. 5, Room 2, Bl. 7bis, Sc. B, 8th Floor, Ap. 118, Unique Registration Code 35271746, Registration No. J40\/1170\/2020, EUID ROONRC.J40\/1170\/2020, Established in 2015, hereinafter referred to as \"the Organizer\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Campaign Name<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The campaign is conducted under the name \u201cBurger Friendship\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Duration and Location<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The campaign takes place on one of the official social media networks of the Furgoneta Street Chefs brand \u2013 Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok \u2013 alternatively, according to the posting calendar established by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each edition runs from the publication of the post until the 7th day after the post, unless stated otherwise within the post itself*, when the new winners are announced within the existing post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Right to Participate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any natural person can participate who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* is at least 16 years old;
* resides in Romania;
* holds an active account on the platform where that specific edition of the contest is taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Employees of TRIBECA STUDIOS SRL and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Campaign Mechanism<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Participants must comment on the contest post published on the official Furgoneta Street Chefs page, tagging a friend. Multiple friends can be tagged, provided they are in separate comments.
2. Comments must respect the theme of friendship and the platform rules (no offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language).
3. By participating in the campaign, users confirm that they have read and accepted these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Selecting the Winners<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* The Organizer will randomly select a valid comment using a random selection method or a dedicated application (e.g., random.org).
* Both the person who commented and the tagged friend will be designated as the winners of the week.
* Winners will be announced in the post or via private message within a maximum of 48 hours from the end of the edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Prizes Offered<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each of the two winners receives a complete Furgoneta Street Chefs menu, consisting of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* 1 burger of choice from the Furgoneta Street Chefs menu,
\n\n* 1 portion of fries,
\n\n* 1 drink.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prize must be picked up in person from any of the official Furgoneta Street Chefs locations within 14 days of the winner announcement.
\nPrizes cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative products, or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Personal Data Protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Organizer will process the personal data of participants (name, user account, contact details) exclusively for the purpose of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* validating the winners;
\n\n* contacting them and delivering the prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The data will not be transferred to third parties and will be deleted after the conclusion of the campaign, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Limitation of Liability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Organizer is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* comments automatically deleted by the platform,
\n\n* fake accounts,
\n\n* technical issues on the Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Meta Platforms Inc. or TikTok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Other Mentions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These rules are valid for all weekly editions of the \u201cBurger Friendship\u201d campaign and are publicly available on the official Furgoneta Street Chefs website.
